Currently the technical director for the Israel national Under-21 teams on behalf of the Israeli football association. He is a former national team player and the head coach for a number of teams, including Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Tel Aviv, both of which have won titles under his guidance.
Currently head coach of Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Former coach for the Israel national basketball team and the 2016 Israeli league champion Maccabi Rishon Lezion. Arik won three titles in the Dutch league and the Belgian Cup twice.

Dr. Ido Nevo
Lecturer in the Department of Public Policy and Management at Sapir College, the Department of Political Science at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, the Faculty of Politics and Government at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and at Zinman College (Wingate Institute). His doctoral thesis looked at the relationship between sports and politics in democratic countries.
Dr. Sima Zach
One of Israel’s most prominent researchers in the psychology of sports and physical activity. She serves as the head of the School of Education and Teacher Training at Wingate Academic College.
Dr. Moran Betzer
Director of the Ramat-Hadassah boarding school. Former director of the Academy of Sport Excellence at the Wingate Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in sports policy from Loughborough University in England, certification in education administration (2002), and a degree in physical education from Zinman College (1995). She is a member of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
A former player on the Israel national soccer team, as well as Maccabi Haifa, Bnei Sakhnin and Kiryat Shmona, and a famous Arab sport icon. Was a coaching assistant for Bnei Sakhnin and currently serves on the team’s management committee. Abbas actively promotes sports as a bridge for coexistence.
An educator to his very core. He is the director of the Physical Education Division for the Kibbutzim College and former director for the Kedma Youth Village for at-risk youth.
A former professional football player, mostly known for playing for Maccabi Netanya. Participated in the European Championship as part of the youth team. A social activist for more than a decade and a second-year law student.
A former professional basketball player, played in the women’s basketball super league and in the Israeli national women’s basketball team. She is currently serving as the director of women’s leadership in the Athena national project, promoting women’s sports in Israel, as well as serving as the director of the Maccabi Tel Aviv girls’ basketball school. Lectures on sports, gender and leading changes. In addition, she owns GOLDTEAM, her own production company, producing sports inspired events.
